Zachary T. Prineas, Attorney at Law, is a sole practitioner practicing under the firm name of Cree & Prineas in Newport Beach, California. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate, oil and gas, real estate and business law.

Mr. Prineas received his law degree at the University of Southern California School of Law and his bachelor's degree in political science at the University of Southern California. He is a member of the State Bar of California, and the Business Law, Real Property Law, Estate Planning, Trust & Probate, and Taxation Sections of the State Bar. He is also a member of the Estate Planning & Trust Council of Long Beach and the Long Beach Bar Association, and he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Lawyers Chapter of The Federalist Society. In addition, Mr. Prineas is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors.
